Order Information
Orders:
Our knowledgeable and friendly sales staff is here to assist customers
Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
Orders and inquiries are welcome by both phone and fax. However, all
orders MUST be confirmed verbally to ensure there have been no
discrepancies.
Confirmations:
All tentative orders should be finalized seven days prior to the event
commencement to guarantee the lowest possible shipping rate.
Shipping:
Linen Express ships nationwide. Due to the large amounts of daily
shipments, favorable rates have been negotiated with our shippers to
keep rental costs at a minimum. Fedex and UPS Overnight, Second Day and
International services are all available upon request. All orders are
shipped so they will be received at least one day prior to the event,
unless otherwise specified.
Custom Orders:
We look forward to providing all of our clients with the opportunity to
produce that "One of a Kind" event. Our specialists have easy
accessibility into the textile market to find many new and interesting
fabrics that are not available elsewhere. All custom orders must be
accompanied by a contract and payment in full..
Payment:
All orders are confirmed by a signed contract and payment in full at the
time of placing the order. Additionally we must have a "credit card
authorization" form on file in the case of loss or damage. If a
credit card is not available, then a cash deposit in the total amount of
the "purchase price" of the linens will be accepted upon
customer pick-up. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the
undamaged rental items. ALL UPS ORDERS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD
AUTHORIZATION ON FILE.
Cancellations:
Please be aware that once we reserve an order, all other orders are
turned away to keep our commitment to you. There are no refunds for
cancellations. If a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to
pick-up/delivery, we will credit your account for future rentals.
Lost / Damaged Linen:
All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quantity and
condition as they are received in, (i.e.:no tears, rips holes or wax
stains). No credit will be given if more than 24 hours has passed from
time of delivery. Replacement costs will apply to any linen returned
rendered unusable.
UPS Linen Returns:
All linens are due to be returned or shipped out the next business day
after an event. Linens sent by UPS are to arrive at Linen Express within
seven days of an event unless specified. All linens should be free of
food particles and moisture when boxed for return shipping. Linens
shipped damp will result in mildew and therefore will incur a
replacement cost.
UPS Late Returns:
Return shipments which have not been received as of ten days after the
event date will begin to accrue a late charge. Such late charges will
begin at 25% of the rental charge and continue at that daily rate until
the linens are returned.
Samples:
We are happy to provide swatch samples of any of our lines at no extra
cost to our customers. Annual updates of our swatches are available
immediately to customers that have been active during the past year.
